Approval of Membership
All new memberships are subject to the approval of the Management Board. Upon approval, membership becomes effective on the first day of the month following approval.

Voting Rights:
Only Full members are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association, but all members are eligible to participate in the proceedings of the Management Board, the Executive Committee and the Association's Working Committees.

Representatives
Members who are not individuals must appoint one representative each, together with an alternate, to excercise their rights of membership. Each representative must be an individual who should be a chief executive officer or occupy a senior management position (either executive or non-executive) with the organisation.

Subscription fees:
- Full Membership: USD10,000
- Associate Membership: USD7,500
- Pension Fund Membership: USD300
- Government Authority Membership: USD5,000
- Academic Membership: USD1,000

Subscriptions are annual and will be renewed on an anniversary basis.

Payment Method:
Once the Board has approved a membership, the applicant will be notified. An invoice will be sent within 30 days. Payments should be by bank transfer and the necessary details will be shown on the invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of issue.

Cancellation Policy:
Members wishing to cancel their subscription should do so in writing at least four(4) weeks prior to their membership renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
