Chen has overall responsibility for international business group and cross-border investment activities in COS-Capital. Since co-founding COSC, he has led the group in deploying nearly USD 400mn equity capital into US real estate, ranging from core-plus to value-add to opportunistic projects. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Chen was Managing Director & Head of Global Real Estate (GRE) - Greater China at UBS Global Asset Management. He was responsible for managing and developing the GRE business as well as the strategic initiatives in the region. He was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee of UBS Global Asset Management. He spearheaded the establishment of the UBS/Gemdale JV. While serving as Co-CEO for the JV, he successfully led the launch of its first China Real Estate Fund and served as the principal manager for the fund. Joining UBS in 2003 as the Global Head of Research & Strategy, Mr. Chen was responsible for developing investment strategies and conducting portfolio analysis, as well as providing economic, capital market and real estate market analysis in both private and public markets. He served on various global, regional and country investment committees and boards. Further back, Mr. Chen was Principal - Investment Strategies Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments for three years. Earlier, he held various investment positions at Boston Financial, SSR Realty Advisors and MetLife Realty Group. He sits on the Board of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association and the Advisory Board of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. He was a board member of American Real Estate Society from 2004 to 2009 and a member of the Advisory Board of Real Estate Research Institute from 2003 to 2008. And in 2004-2009, he was a member of the Editorial Boards for Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and Journal of Real Estate Literature. He holds a PhD from MIT, MS from UBC, and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Geng is the CEO Mainland China of Kailong Group. He is a member of the group executive committee and leads the Group’s mainland China business including business development, investment, RMB Core Fund management and the portfolio / asset management under the core fund , as well as the development of the Group’s China new initiatives. He is one of the key founding members of the China’s first RMB core fund.

Jerry joined KaiLong in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President - Acquisition. Before assuming the role of CEO China, he was a Managing Director –investment and business development, responsible for investment, RMB fundraising and new business development.

Jerry has started his real estate investment career since 2001. Prior to joining KaiLong, he worked for Colliers International as a Senior Investment Manager. He also worked with DTZ (now merged with Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE respectively in the field of research and investment between 2001 and 2004.

He started with CP Group from Thailand and served in ING Real Estate for ten years, responsible for its development and investment management in China and later on its Chinese institutional clients. William moved to Fosun Group in 2009 to start its PERE fund business, raising and managing a series of RMB funds. He joined Citic Capital’s Real Estate Group in 2016, leading its business development and capital raising. William is now with Wensheng AMC, an NPL specialist, responsible for its real estate business.

工作经历

杜慧力律师于1994年加入金杜律师事务所。在加入金杜之前,杜律师曾在美国WOOLWORTH国际公司广州办事处及北京大成律师事务所工作。
杜慧力律师在中国政法大学获得法学学士学位,并且在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校法学院获法学硕士学位。杜慧力律师于1988年获得中国律师执业资格。

陈晓欧(David Chen)先生现为美国FOG富尚资产集团董事长,同时也是越秀REITs(国内第一家香港上市REITs,股份代号00405)任董事会独立董事;上海中心(国内最高超高层)高级资产管理顾问。并担任美国具有上百年历史的国际建筑业主与管理人协会-’BOMA’ 中国区常务副主席。美国FOG富尚资产集团为“哈佛中国基金Harvard China Fund”指定签约企业,每年为哈佛大学本科生提供实习工作机会。
陈先生具有广泛丰富的海内外大型综合房地产投资, 开发,规划建筑设计,商业地产资产管理及国际商务操作经验; 陈先生在中国,美国,香港,新加坡,澳洲等地长期生活工作,为哈佛大学校友,美国籍。

Mr. David Xiaoou Chen is the Chairman & CEO of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Group ,and the Independent Director of Hong Kong listed Yuexiu REITs. He is also appointed as Shanghai Tower’s (the tallest building in China ) senior asset management consultant ; and the Deputy Vice Chairman of USA based BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) China. F.O.G. Group is a designated company with long term cooperations with the Harvard China Fund, to provide internship opportunities for Harvard undergraduate students each year.

Mr. Chen has rich experience in large-scale mixed0use real estate investment, development, planning architectural design, commercial real estate asset management and international business operations. Mr. Chen has been living and working in China, the United States, Singapore, Australia. He is a Harvard University Alumni, and USA citizen. 

Mr. Chen is a visiting professor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB, the top business school in China) ,also the MBM (MBA Mentor) for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He also teaches in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tongji University for Real Estate and Capital Market related courses.

北京大学光华管理学院教授,博士生导师;现任北京大学光华管理学院院务委员会副主任,北京大学国家金融研究中心副主任,北大光华中国REITs研究中心执行主任,中国管理科学学会金融管理专业委员会副主任委员,中国管理现代化研究会股权投资专业委员会副主任委员。1972年8月出生。2005年毕业于北京大学,获经济学博士学位;1998年毕业于南开大学数学系,获理学硕士学位;1995年毕业于南开大学数学系,获理学学士学位。张峥教授研究领域主要包括金融市场与机构、不动产金融、家族企业、财富管理、私募股权与创业投资、行为金融等方向。张峥教授在不动产金融、财富管理、投资者行为、证券市场流动性、上市公司治理与财务行为等方面具有研究经验和丰富研究成果。张峥教授的学术成果发表在Management Science(管理科学)、Journal of Futures Markets(期货市场学刊)、Statistica Sinica(统计论)、Journal of Business Ethics(商业伦理学刊)、《经济研究》、《经济学季刊》、《管理世界》、《金融研究》等国内外一流学刊。张峥教授是北大光华REITs研究课题组的核心成员之一,主持和参与了多篇有关中国REITs市场建设的研究报告,具有重要的影响力。张峥教授曾获第十一届厉以宁服务奖(2017)、2015年度嘉里集团郭氏基金树人奖教金、2014年度“孙冶方金融创新奖”论文奖、2014年度台新金控优秀论文奖、北京大学教学优秀奖(2013-2014学年)、中国金融学年会杰出服务奖(2013)、第四届厉以宁教学奖(2010年度)、中国金融学年会第六届年会(2009)优秀论文奖、北京市第十届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、15th SFM最佳论文奖、北京大学优秀博士论文奖。
