Christina Hau is a senior real assets, investment and capital-markets leader with more than 25 years of cross-border experience across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United Kingdom. Her career spans the full real estate value chain, from architecture, master planning and development to investment, asset management, commercial operations and enterprise leadership.
She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of Champion REIT, a leading Hong Kong listed REIT. She led the strategic direction and overall operations of the listed platform, with responsibility for investment, asset management, capital structure, financial planning, capital raising, investor relations, corporate governance and stakeholder engagement. She also chaired the Disclosures Committee and Sustainability Working Group, and was a core member of the Finance and Strategic Planning Committee.
During her tenure, Christina oversaw a portfolio with a gross valuation of approximately HK$60 billion, comprising premium commercial assets in Hong Kong and London. She brings extensive experience in institutional investor engagement, capital allocation, asset enhancement, sustainability, corporate disclosure and long-term value creation. Her perspective combines place-making, operational performance and disciplined investment leadership with a strong understanding of the role of transparent governance and market communication in supporting listed real assets.
As Chairperson of APREA’s Hong Kong Chapter, Christina is committed to advancing the real assets sector through stronger connections among investors, owners, operators and market participants, and through constructive dialogue on investment, capital markets, sustainable growth and industry development across Asia Pacific.
Christina also serves on the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) and is a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Infrastructure Advisory Committee. She holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Social Science in Architectural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong, a Class 1 Registered Architect in Mainland China, and a Responsible Officer licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Type 9 regulated activity.

Christine Wang has been working in the Foreign Direct Investments field since 2010. Mr LIANG is an institutional real estate private equity professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, asset management, capital sourcing and fund management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust in New York, where he built the investment team, developed deal sourcing process, formulated investment strategies, and led significant transactions across key New York City assets. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust, where he managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing investments across office, retail and multifamily sectors. Mr LIANG began his career at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of real estate funds in Chinese Mainland, Asia and the United States.
Mr LIANG holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ms. Kong is the Managing Director and CIO of SCGC Realty Capital, and is a member of SCGC’s infrastructure REITs investment committee. Prior to joining SCGC, Ms. Kong worked at CITIC Securities focusing on REITs, ABS and Private Equity Real Estate.
Ms. Kong has rich practical experience in real estate fund and REITs. She has successively designed and launched the first three private REITs products in China’s capital market. As an external expert of the regulatory departments, Ms. Kong was deeply involved in the policy research process of China’s infrastructure REITs. Also, she successfully led the issuance of Yantian Port REIT, one of the first batch of 9 infrastructure public offering REITs.
Ms. Kong holds dual master’s degrees in Finance and Management from Peking University.

Foster Lee has over 20 years’ experience in direct lending and structured finance across Asia Pacific.
Foster is currently heading the private credit franchise for Gaw Capital and have deployed more than USD1bn since he joined in 2020.
Foster was the head of syndicated finance for China Minsheng Bank and prior to that he worked in multiple direct lending transactions, in particular leveraged finance and assets based lending across Hong Kong, Australia and Japan in GE Capital.
During his banking career, he was on the board of directors of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and as a member of the China Committee and the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Committee of the association.
Foster holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales and he is a qualified public accountant of CPA Australia.

Josephine Kong is a seasoned investment professional with extensive expertise in cross-border investments and global real estate markets. She currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Centaline Investment, a role she has held since 2016. She oversees the management of Centaline’s diversified student housing portfolio spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Under her leadership, the team has successfully transacted and acquired over USD500 million worth of properties across key markets, including the US, UK, Portugal, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Mainland China.
Prior to her current role, Josephine was the Director of Cross-Border Investment at Centaline Financial Services from 2013 to 2016. Operating out of Shanghai and Hong Kong, she played a pivotal role in advising China-based institutions for oversea investment. Her efforts were instrumental in identifying suitable projects and facilitating efficient capital movement across borders.
Josephine’s career reflects her deep understanding of international investment strategies, real estate markets, and her ability to lead high-performing teams in executing complex transactions across multiple geographies.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
