Alan Miyasaki is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and the Head of Real Estate Asia Acquisitions based in Singapore. Mr. Miyasaki is responsible for the day‐to‐day management of the Real Estate group’s investment activities in Asia.

Since joining Blackstone in 2001, Mr. Miyasaki has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions in both the United States and Asia. Since 2007, Mr. Miyasaki has played a key role in building Blackstone’s Real Estate business in Asia including executing investments in Greater China, India, Singapore, Japan and Australia.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Miyasaki was with Starwood Capital Group, where he worked in acquisitions. Mr. Miyasaki received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude.

Martin is a Managing Directorat Bank of America, and is currently Singapore Country Head, Head of Southeast Asia Global Corporate & Investment Banking, as well as Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure.

Martin has more than 18 years of leadership experience in investment and commercial banking in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining BofA Securities, Martin was head of Greater China and Southeast Asia Commercial Real Estate and led the Commercial Real Estate Equity and Advisory franchise at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, he spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank where he was Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Southeast Asia Corporate Finance.

Martin is currently a Board Member of i) the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (“CMFAS”) Examinations Board in Singapore; and ii) Asia Pacific Real Estate Association Singapore Chapter. He was conferred an Institute of Banking and Finance (Singapore) Fellow ship in Corporate Finance in 2014.

Mr. Low is a Director at AEW and serves as the lead Portfolio Manager for Asia Pacific. He has responsibility for the construction of the Asia Pacific component of AEW’s global property securities portfolios. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Global Securities Allocation Committee. Previously, Mr. Low was a Portfolio Manager for Asian property securities at LIM Advisors, Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he co-managed an Asian Property Long/Short Fund and a JREIT fund. With 20 years of investment management experience in the Asian equities market, he has also held positions at Prudential Asset Management both in Singapore and Hong Kong, most recently as a Portfolio Manager focused on Asia Pacific equities. Mr. Low holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia and a CFA charterholder.

Han Hwee Chin is Senior Vice-President (Research and Strategic Planning) of GIC Real Estate. GIC Real Estate invests outside of Singapore and has teams in nine offices worldwide, managing a well-diversified portfolio in various property sectors. 

At GIC Real Estate, Hwee Chin undertakes property research and monitoring long-term trends of Asia-Pacific property markets. She also manages the design, composition and risk framework of the real estate portfolio, to formulate investment strategies globally across markets and property sectors.

Hwee Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a first class honours degree in Real Estate and has a MBA from the University of Western Australia. She started her career with JTC Corporation where she was involved in the leasing, marketing and development of various industrial clusters such as IT, biomedical and chemicals. Thereafter, she joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) where she was involved in ministerial and policy work, before moving to GIC.

A passionate and active advocate for sustainability for over two decades, Esther has been instrumental in establishing CDL’s leadership in sustainability and ESG best practices. These include publishing the first sustainability report using GRI standards in Singapore in 2008 and issuing the first green bond by a Singaporean company in 2017.  As a forerunner in embracing the UN SDGs, Esther was conferred 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact. She sits on the boards or advisory platforms of several global and local organisations including the World Green Building Council, Singapore Green Building Council, UNEP Finance Initiative Real Estate Group, GRI Corporate Leadership Group, Asia Pacific Real Estate Association Singapore Chapter Board and Global Compact Network Singapore.  Esther founded the Women4Green Network as she believes in empowering women to drive sustainable practices at home, at work and at play.

During his 26 years with the firm, he has worked in PwC offices in Melbourne, New York, Beijing and Shanghai on key regional and global audit engagements. Chee Keong also has been involved in advisory projects in China, Indonesia and Singapore, and was the liquidator for Lehman Minibonds during the financial crisis. 

In his current leadership role, he and his team provide solutions to real estate businesses including tax structuring, deals, risk and technology consulting, as well as assurance engagements.

Mr Andy Tan Chye guan is the Chairman of APREA Singapore Chapter, a pan-Asia association for global institutional investors, developers, fund managers and REITs in Asian real estate.

He is the former CEO of Generali Real Estate Asia at Generali Group, a global insurer and Fortune 500 company with €500 billion of assets under management. Prior he was Executive Vice President of MEAG Pacific Star Asset Management where MEAG is Munich Reinsurance asset management arm and Vice President of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) real estate arm. Globally, he has invested, developed and managed multi-billion portfolios across Asia, Australia and Europe ranging from indirect listed and unlisted companies, REITs, funds, strategic alliances to direct investment and development assets.

He is also the Chairman of Tenacity Group, former Advisor of Principal Global Investors and serves on the board of Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Exam Board and The Law Society Inquiry Panel appointed by the Chief Justice. A Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), he is the former Governing Council Member of SID and served as the Chairman of SID Board Diversity & Appointment Service, Audit Committee Member, Best Managed Board Award Committee amongst others.

He therefore brings on board more than 20 years of global and senior management experience in general management, business development, fund management, investment, development and asset management including corporate governance and stewardship experience on the boards of business associations.
