Chen has overall responsibility for international business group and cross-border investment activities in COS-Capital. Since co-founding COS Capital, he has led the group in deploying nearly USD 400mn equity capital into US real estate, ranging from core-plus to value-add to opportunistic projects. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Chen was Managing Director & Head of Global Real Estate (GRE) - Greater China at UBS Global Asset Management. He was responsible for managing and developing the GRE business as well as the strategic initiatives in the region. He was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee of UBS Global Asset Management. He spearheaded the establishment of the UBS/Gemdale JV. While serving as Co-CEO for the JV, he successfully led the launch of its first China Real Estate Fund and served as the principal manager for the fund. Joining UBS in 2003 as the Global Head of Research & Strategy, Mr. Chen was responsible for developing investment strategies and conducting portfolio analysis, as well as providing economic, capital market and real estate market analysis in both private and public markets. He served on various global, regional and country investment committees and boards. Further back, Mr. Chen was Principal - Investment Strategies Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments for three years. Earlier, he held various investment positions at Boston Financial, SSR Realty Advisors and MetLife Realty Group. He sits on the Board of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association and the Advisory Board of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. He was a board member of American Real Estate Society from 2004 to 2009 and a member of the Advisory Board of Real Estate Research Institute from 2003 to 2008. And in 2004-2009, he was a member of the Editorial Boards for Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and Journal of Real Estate Literature. He holds a PhD from MIT, MS from UBC, and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.

负责领导和管理东方藏山的国际和跨境投资业务。自东方藏山成立以来,陈李健先生带领团队在美国完成了约4亿美元的投资,所投项目涵盖了类核心型,增值型和机会型。陈李健先生曾于2007年至2013年担任瑞银(UBS)环球资产管理大中华区地产投资主管,董事总经理。自2008年起他领导团队成功启动瑞银在中国的地产投资业务,完成了第一支美元中国地产基金的募集(基金规模2.07亿美元),首创国际知名资产管理公司与国内品牌开发商的合作模式,并取得了优异的投资回报。陈李健先生2003年加入瑞银集团,担任全球研究与战略投资主管,负责投资策略的开发,投资组合分析的制定与实施,以及为私募和公募市场提供有关经济政策、资本市场和房地产市场等方面的研究工作。他曾在多个全球性、区域性和国家级的投资委员会和董事会任职。此前,他在澳洲联盛房地产投资管理公司投资策略部门担任主管达三年。早期,他还在波士顿金融公司和SSR Realty Advisors(原美国大都会人寿保险)的投资业务部门担任多种职位。陈李健先生曾获得美国麻省理工学院博士学位、加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学硕士学位和清华大学建筑学学士学位。

Mr. Geng is the CEO Mainland China of Kailong Group. He is a member of the group executive committee and leads the Group’s mainland China business including business development, investment, RMB Core Fund management and the portfolio / asset management under the core fund , as well as the development of the Group’s China new initiatives. He is one of the key founding members of the China’s first RMB core fund.
Jerry joined KaiLong in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President - Acquisition. Before assuming the role of CEO China, he was a Managing Director –investment and business development, responsible for investment, RMB fundraising and new business development.
Jerry has started his real estate investment career since 2001. Prior to joining KaiLong, he worked for Colliers International as a Senior Investment Manager. He also worked with DTZ (now merged with Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE respectively in the field of research and investment between 2001 and 2004.

Mr. David Xiaoou Chen is the Chairman & CEO of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Group ,and the Independent Director of Hong Kong listed Yuexiu REITs. He is also appointed as Shanghai Tower’s (the tallest building in China ) senior asset management consultant ; and the Deputy Vice Chairman of USA based BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) China. F.O.G. Group is a designated company with long term cooperations with the Harvard China Fund, to provide internship opportunities for Harvard undergraduate students each year.
Mr. Chen has rich experience in large-scale mixed0use real estate investment, development, planning architectural design, commercial real estate asset management and international business operations. Mr. Chen has been living and working in China, the United States, Singapore, Australia. He is a Harvard University Alumni, and USA citizen.
Mr. Chen is a visiting professor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB, the top business school in China) ,also the MBM (MBA Mentor) for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He also teaches in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tongji University for Real Estate and Capital Market related courses.

Hu Feng has more than 15 years of professional experience in real estate valuation industry. His specializations include due diligence and property valuation of real estate finance, property investment, mergers and acquisitions.
He took a crucial role in appraisal work of Hong Kong IPO listing of Wanda Group, Modern Land (China) and Haichang Real Estate. Besides, he was in charge of the appraisal of many major mergers and acquisition projects, including China Life's acquisition of Joy City.
Hu Feng pioneers in China REITs market research and valuation of REITs properties in 2007. His team has taken the lead in real estate securitization valuation industry and taken over more than 50% market share. Their projects include Zhongxin quasi-REITs, Suning quasi-REITs, Beijing Yintai quasi-REITs, Huamao SKP-CMBS, Financial Street central office CMBS, CYPA Rental apartment quasi-REITs, Yuexiu Real Estate Rental apartment quasi-REITs, Cainiao logistic quasi-REITs and Beijing Hualian Singapore REITs, etc.

Appointed as Director in 2016 and re-designated as Executive Director in February 2019, Mr. Shen has been the co-CEO of our Group since June 2011 and was also a co-founder of e-Shang. He is responsible for overseeing ESR’s overall operations and business development, leading regional growth strategies, and expanding ESR’s asset and fund management platforms. Mr. Shen has over 20 years of industrial real estate experience in the PRC. Prior to co-founding our group, he was previously Senior Vice President at GLP Investment Management (China) Co. Ltd. (formerly Prologis China); and the deputy director in DTZ Debenham Tie Leung International Property Advisers. He graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in the PRC and obtained a bachelor’s degree in technical economics. Mr. Shen also holds an MBA from Donghua University in the PRC.

Hank Hsu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Logistics Properties. Formerly the Head of China Investments at Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial and logistics real estate investment platform under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, Hank has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totalling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.

Dr. Chan has worked in the sector of real estate investment & finance, listed company merger & acquisition in the regional capital market for almost 30 years. He has diversified experience in the global and regional corporations such as Grosvenor Limited, Tianjin Development Holdings and Nan Fung Group. He had not only participated in over 20 trophy mix-used complexes in landmark metropolis in Asia but also raised over USD3billion from sovereign fund such as GIC, ADIA and QIA for different investment platforms. Dr. Chan underwrote private & public equity investment, corporate restructuring & asset injection, distress debt investment, bond issuance and IPO spin-off exercises. Dr. Chan found the multi-family investment office (Asia Impact Investment Corporation – “AIIC”) and HK SFC licensed asset management firm (Bay Area Capital Partners Limited) to advise high-net-worth individuals in the aspect of green and environmental friendly real estate & infrastructure asset, private equity funds that specialized in property/ construction technology, ESG enhancement, renewable energy, fintech and smart cities applications.

Ms. Kong Ling Yi is currently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Shenzhen Capital Real Estate Company. She obtained her Master of Management from Peking University and Master of Finance from the University of Hong Kong.In her current capacity, Ms. Kong is responsible for the Group Real Estate Investment and REITs Business.
