Mr Andy Tan-Chyeguan is Fellow of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Chairman of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) Singapore Chapter, a pan-Asia association for global investors, developers, fund managers and professionals in institutional real estate. He is the former CEO and Representative of Generali Real Estate Asia branch at Generali Group, a public-listed Fortune 500 global insurer. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of MEAG Pacific Star Asset Management where MEAG is Munich Re’s asset management arm and Vice President of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) real estate arm based in London and Singapore covering the Asian, Australian and European markets. He is a former Planner and Developer with the national planning agency and public-listed developer in Singapore.
He is also Director and Advisor to various corporate clients from global investors to disruptors to social enterprise advising on strategy, capital raising, fund management, investment, asset management, business development and corporate governance. He serves as Board Member of the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Exam Board, Inquiry Panel Member of The Law Society by Chief Justice and Chairman of APREA Nomination Remuneration Committee (NRC). A former Director and Council member of SID, he was the Chairman of SID Board Appointment Service and member of SID Audit Committee and Best Managed Board Award Committee.
Globally he has advised, invested, developed and managed multi-billion portfolios across Asia, Australia and Europe ranging from indirect listed and unlisted companies, REITs, funds, strategic alliances to direct investment and development assets. He therefore brings on board extensive years of international and diversified experience in general management, business development, fund management, investment, development and asset management including corporate governance and stewardship experience on the boards of public private institutions.

With his exceptional credentials, including being former Managing Director, Head of Global Real Estate, Asia Pacific UBS Global Asset Management, Managing Director of AMP Brookfield, a globally listed joint venture with $8 billion assets under management, in addition to his management of two Japanese real estate investment trusts with assets under management of $10 billion, Trevor plays a crucial role as C&G evolves into a multi-disciplinary property and funds management operation.

Chen has overall responsibility for international business group and cross-border investment activities in COS-Capital. Since co-founding COSC, he has led the group in deploying nearly USD 400mn equity capital into US real estate, ranging from core-plus to value-add to opportunistic projects.
From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Chen was Managing Director & Head of Global Real Estate (GRE) - Greater China at UBS Global Asset Management. He was responsible for managing and developing the GRE business as well as the strategic initiatives in the region. He was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee of UBS Global Asset Management. He spearheaded the establishment of the UBS/Gemdale JV. While serving as Co-CEO for the JV, he successfully led the launch of its first China Real Estate Fund and served as the principal manager for the fund. Joining UBS in 2003 as the Global Head of Research & Strategy, Mr. Chen was responsible for developing investment strategies and conducting portfolio analysis, as well as providing economic, capital market and real estate market analysis in both private and public markets. He served on various global, regional and country investment committees and boards. Further back, Mr. Chen was Principal - Investment Strategies Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments for three years.
Earlier, he held various investment positions at Boston Financial, SSR Realty Advisors and MetLife Realty Group. He sits on the Board of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association and the Advisory Board of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. He was a board member of American Real Estate Society from 2004 to 2009 and a member of the Advisory Board of Real Estate Research Institute from 2003 to 2008. And in 2004-2009, he was a member of the Editorial Boards for Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and Journal of Real Estate Literature. He holds a PhD from MIT, MS from UBC, and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.

Ms. Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust, overseeing its strategic development as well as asset management and enhancement. She also spearheads the team to seek for growth opportunities, formulate acquisition and investment strategies and monitor the capital structure of the Trust, including the planning and overseeing of capital raising activities from the market.
Ms. Wong has almost 20 years’ experience in local and overseas financial industry. Prior to joining the Trust, she worked at Citigroup and J.P. Morgan's investment banking division to offer strategic advices to a number of blue chip corporates and Hong Kong real estate companies. She has also executed numerous landmark IPOs, capital markets fund-raisings and strategic M&A transactions.
Ms. Wong graduated from University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) - Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She was honoured with the titles of Best CEO by FinanceAsia in 2020; Best IR by CEO by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association for four consecutive years from 2017 to 2020; Asia’s Best CEO by Corporate Governance Asia for four consecutive years from 2017 to 2020; and Directors Of the Year Awards – Listed Companies Executive Director by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2018. She is the Chairperson of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association Hong Kong chapter and a Fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School and a Masters in Finance & Economics with a Degree in Law, Neel has 24 years of rich business experience. As Group President of K. Raheja Corp, he handles Real Estate & instrumental in setting up IT Parks and Residential townships across India.
Neel is on the board of the Hospitality and Mall development businesses of the group, after initially setting up the renowned mall brand ‘Inorbit Malls’ across the country, one of the top 3 mall companies. On the Hospitality front, he successfully set up hotels with Marriott Group and is now among the top 3 leading hotel companies in India.
Neel also sits on the board of the group company Shoppers Stop, India’s leading department store chain, which has an exclusive strategic tie up with Amazon and one of the largest loyalty programs in India.
He also plays a very active role in the Group’s CSR activities including Education including Schools, business and architecture etc. and Health with the famous LS Raheja Hospital and drives the Group’s growth through Green Building initiatives of sustainable development.
Neel was selected as the top 40 under 40 by Economic Times and chairs some of the most important committees that shape key industry developments. He is the Co-Chair at CII-National Committee on Real Estate and Housing, the Chairman, India Chapter of APREA, and President, NAREDCO West. Neel has been appointed on the Govt. of India committee to suggest changes in the Special Economic Zone policy and was one of the members of the Champions of Change invited by the Prime Minister of India.

He is President and CEO of Sumisho Realty Management Co., Ltd (SRM) since 2015. SRM is Sumitomo Corporation’s group company and dedicating to real estate asset management and advisory business. Currently, SRM is managing private funds, Private REIT and J-REIT with AUM of around 500 billion yen.
He has over 30 years’ experience in real estate business with Sumitomo Corporation locally and globally since 1983.
In Japan, he held several key positions responsible for real estate developments, investments and asset management as well as consulting service business in all kinds of asset class such as residential, commercial and logistic sectors.
In US, he had senior managerial positions between 1992 and 2001, and between 2010 and 2013, being responsible for office investments and residential developments.
He received Bachelor of Architecture in 1983 from Kyoto University. He is a licensed architect in Japan, an ARES Certified Master and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He currently serves on the APREA board of directors as Chairman of Japan Chapter.
