Kara Capital 21 Pte Ltd (“Kara Capital”) is a real estate focused capital intro firm in Singapore. They are the only business in Singapore that 100% focuses on raising capital for real estate investment managers globally. They meet over 90 real estate investment managers a year globally to conduct their own due diligence of the management team and the strategy. They work with a maximum of 5 managers every year. The managers they select are particularly strong in a specific sector, geography or strategy. They target the US and Asia Pacific focused managers who are particularly strong in living, healthcare, education, logistics, data centre and private credit real estate strategies. Their clients have zero or very little capital raising presence in South East Asia. As such, they act as their business development partner in this region. They have raised approximately USD300 million worth of real estate capital since their inception in 2021.
