In 1994 Kardan N.V. founded the GTC Group (www.gtcgroup.com), which has become one of the leading commercial real estate companies in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe nowadays. Since 1994, GTC Group has been developing high standard modern office and retails properties in CEE regions. Since it was founded, GTC Group developed 64 commercial properties, purchased 6 commercial properties and developed 10 residential projects. GTC Group shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and inward listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The Company’s shares are included in WIG 30, the Dow Jones STOXX Eastern Europe 300.
