REmente Property Private Investment Office is managed by Mr Raymond Choi, a seasoned private equity real estate professional with over 13 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific and in North America. He founded his boutique real estate advisory firm in 2013 serving a prominent Single family office in Hong Kong focused on origination of thematic strategies, analytics and investment executions in the core/core + space.
Raymond also coinvests and is a specialist advisor to a top global private equity real estate firm in niche opportunistic value add real estate strategies with responsibilities spanning deal origination, execution of transactions, inputs to all asset management issues, monitoring of operator in strategy execution, and exit strategies.
Raymond's expertise extends to listed real estate where he runs a Asia Pacific REIT strategy (consisting of Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Japan markets) where he consistently outperforms market benchmarks. Building upon his passion in real estate, Raymond has originated and executed approximately USD $500m in various real estate strategies and niche investment thematics including convenience retail, industrial-commercial conversions, self storage, street shop value-add and decentralized office plays.
