About Welspun One
Welspun One is an integrated fund and development management platform, designed to deliver large format, Grade-A logistics and industrial parks across India. They have an existing portfolio of ~10 MM sq. ft. across the country with an additional ~8 MM sq. ft. in the pipeline. The aggregate portfolio of ~18 MM sq. ft. will entail a total project outlay of ~USD 1 Billion AUM. It is also a part of the USD 5 billion global conglomerate Welspun World.
