APREA welcomes the proposed changes contained in the Consultation Paper on Proposed Amendments to the Code on Real Estate Investment Trusts released by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in June 2020, and the initiative taken by the SFC to introduce further flexibility to the investment capacity for H-REITs.
APREA, together with Baker McKenzie, have jointly submitted a response to the proposed amendments.
