Abhinav brings over 13 years’ of experience in real estate, banking and corporate finance. At  QIP, Abhinav is responsible for the firm’s investment efforts, from providing strategic  direction on deal acquisitions, to business development and execution, through to closure  and post investment services.

Prior to joining QIP, Abhinav worked as an Investment Manager at Round Hill Capital and was  responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing real estate investments across Europe. In  his career to date, Abhinav has worked with multiple clients across various equity and debt investment strategies and has executed on a range of real estate transactions, totalling c.USD  $1 billion in value. 

Alan Lee is currently the Senior Regional Manager within the Asia Pacific region for Yardi. As a Senior Regional Manager, Alan helps real estate organisations and institutions enhance their business processes, operations, and reporting through technology. Ever since joining Yardi 8.5 years ago, he has helped to build the Yardi brand and grow the business in ASEAN.

One of his latest partnerships is with PNB 118, the tallest building in Malaysia which has recently joined the Yardi community, to put in place a single smart platform. Before working with Yardi, he was a Smart City and Building consultant who helped advice owners on the latest smart technologies and applications in their portfolio. This includes designing the infrastructure for those technologies and executing the vendor selection for implementation.

Alan is a big fan of architecture, smart technologies, and engineering. He enjoys working with clients and helping them on their business strategies and technology advisory. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Business Management, International Business and Strategy from Northumbria University.

Andrew Lee, Director, is a member of the Real Estate team and is responsible for investments across Southeast Asia and South Korea. Mr Lee joined the firm in 2015.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr Lee was with Credit Suisse in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group covering the Southeast Asia real estate sector and has advised on the full range of investment banking products including public and private equity, high yield and investment grade debt, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. Before that, he spent years in ING Bank N.V. and other real estate investment firms.

Mr Lee holds a Msc Finance and Economics from Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Western Australia.

Arjun Pandit is the Head of Private Credit at CapitaLand Investment and responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate private debt funds business.

Arjun is one of the most experienced commercial real estate professional in Asia Pacific with a consistent track record over 20 years in establishing, running and managing businesses related to commercial mortgage and asset backed lending, hard assets investing, real estate operating platforms and distressed debt investment platforms across the breadth of asset classes over business cycles. Over this period, Arjun has participated in over $20 bn of real estate related transactions, including some of the largest commercial real estate financings in the region.

Prior to CapitaLand, Arjun was the head of the Asia Pacific asset finance group at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for managing the lending platform across the region with a primary focus on Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and India. Under his leadership, the bank commenced, for the first time postglobal financial crises, non-recourse real estate lending activities in Asia Pacific. Arjun was also a member of the bank’s Asia Pacific asset finance capital commitments committee.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Arjun was the Asia Pacific head of global mortgages and securitized products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was in-charge of managing commercial and residential mortgage platforms in Japan, Korea and Australia, and also led some of the largest buyout related financing transactions in the region.

Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Arjun was one of the key members of Morgan Stanley’s Asia Pacific commercial real estate mezzanine lending team, where he was involved in some of the largest financing transactions in Japan and Australia. Arjun started his real estate career in Asia Pacific, post Asian financial crisis, at Lehman Brother’s principal transaction team based in Japan. He was one of the early members of a business platform that went on to establish itself as one of the leading distressed debt and real estate investment platforms in the region.

Arjun received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Delhi in India and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales in Australia.

He Bhairav has a varied experience in advising Indian and multinational groups in the area of Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. He has over 20 years of post-qualification experience in transaction and tax advisory services. Over the last 17 years his focus has been Real Estate.

Bhairav has also advised Real Estate companies on complex projects involving investment structuring and group restructuring. Given his experience, he has been extensively involved in the REIT / InvIT discussions in the industry and regulators as well. He has handled diverse assignments in the transaction and corporate restructuring space, involving:

• developing real estate fund structures and consummating their investments
• Redevelopment Projects (including SRA’s & Society re-development projects)
• Infra space such as bid structuring, private equity funding, re-structuring for Singapore BT listing M & A and Inbound advisory

Bhairav is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. He regularly speaks on Real Estate related topics before various forums, and contributes articles, interviews to several newspapers, magazines and business news channels.

Cedric Lagrange is an Executive Director, Head of ESG & Climate, South Asia in MSCI. Based in Singapore, he leads MSCI ESG commercial activities in South Asia. With over 15 years in sustainable investment across markets and assets, Cedric has extensive product knowledge and experience in sustainability, ESG risks and climate strategies.

Cedric was most recently deputy head of MSCI ESG UK, looking after some of the largest Institutional Investors and Banks in the market. Previously, Cedric held various roles at ISS, a specialist corporate governance provider, and at UBS AM in Bruxelles and London.

Cedric holds a MA in Chinese Studies from SOAS London, a MA in European Public Affairs and graduate diploma from Sciences Po Strasbourg.

Christine currently serves as the Head of Research APAC at Knight Frank, a globally renowned property consultancy firm. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's long-term business strategy by spearheading research initiatives that align with both regional and global objectives.

Christine boasts a remarkable track record of providing valuable and actionable research across diverse property sectors, including offices, industrial spaces, residential properties, student accommodations, multi-family units, and data centers. She adeptly curates and coordinates regional forecasts and market outlooks for clients, offering research-driven insights that influence commercial leasing and investment decisions.

Christine holds a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University.

Mr. Chiang is the Head of Acquisitions for AEW Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading the investment team focused on all acquisitions and sales within the region. Mr. Chiang has 25 years of real estate investment experience. Prior roles include being a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Asia at Credit Suisse, as well as holding roles at CBRE Capital Advisors, JLL, and N.M. Rothschild & Sons. Mr. Chiang holds a B.Com in Finance from the Curtin University and a Post Grad. Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Damon Wang is the APAC Portfolio Manager at Heitman’s Public Real Estate Securities Team. He is responsible for the APAC sleeve of Heitman’s Global Real Estate Securities Strategies, covering both listed REITs and REOCs in the region.

Before Heitman, Damon worked for LaSalle Investment Management Securities in Hong Kong for about seven years, covering key Asian markets, including Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a holder of CFA and FRM.

Mr. Dennis Chiu, aged 65, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Sussex in United Kingdom and since in year 2019 he is on Sussex Asia Advisory Board.

He is an Executive Director of Far East Consortium International Limited (FECIL) since 1978. In these years that he is an Executive Director of FECIL, Mr. Chiu is actively involved in projects relating to properties development, hotel management, entertainment and Investments in various countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Australia & England.

He is a Patron / Adviser of Ayer Rajah - Gek Poh Constituency, West Coast GRC Singapore and been awarded PBM (The Public Service Medal Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in National Day Award 2022.

Mr Chiu is the Chairman of Hong Kong Singapore Business Association “HSBA” since 2018 and previously held the position as the President from 2014. HSBA as part of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Association Worldwide with over 11,000 individual members, he was elected as Chairman of the Federation between 2018 and 2021.

Mr Chiu is the Governor of Harrow International School Bangkok. He involved in others Charitable Organization previously, Yan Chai Hospital Hong Kong and Ju Ching Chu School Hong Kong.

Ms Arabadjieva joined the Manager in September 2017 and was appointed as the Manager’s COO and Head of Investor Relations in September 2018.

As COO, Ms Arabadjieva is responsible for ESG, business continuity and general business operations. As Head of Investor Relations, Ms Arabadjieva is responsible for investor and stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications as well as transparent market communications.

Ms Arabadjieva has over 20 years of experience in Asia and has held a number of senior positions in Singapore. Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Arabadjieva was the Head of Investor Relations and
Corporate Communications of Cambridge Industrial Trust (now known as ESR-LOGOS REIT). Prior to that, Ms Arabadjieva was the Director of Investor Relations of Genting Singapore Limited.

Ms Arabadjieva holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (Bulgaria) and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.

Mr. Chen is currently the Director & President of Everbright Jiabao, and the Chairman & CEO of EBA (Beijing) Investment Management Ltd, a holding subsidiary of the company. Mr. Chen used to work at Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Barker Pacific Group. Inc (Los Angeles), Lehman Brothers’ subsidiary asset management company and Tishman China Fund.

Mr Chen has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management as well as the capital market. He is proficient in both Chinese and English. Mr. Chen holds a master degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor degree in architecture from Tsinghua University.

An active advocate for green building and sustainability for over two decades, Esther has been instrumental in establishing CDL’s leadership in sustainability. It is ranked top real estate company on the 2021 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World. It became the first real estate conglomerate in Southeast Asia to sign the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings in February 2021. Key ESG initiatives she has spearheaded include publishing the first sustainability report in Singapore in 2008; issuing the first green bond by a Singaporean company in 2017 and building an integrated sustainability reporting framework since 2015.

A forerunner in embracing the UN SDGs, Esther was conferred 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact. She is a signatory for the UNGC Caring for Climate network and an executive council member of the UN ESCAP Sustainable Business Network. She sits on the boards or advisory platforms of several organisations, including World Green Building Council, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), GRESB Asian Real Estate Benchmark Committee and UNEP FI Real Estate Work Group. She’s a vice-chair of World Green Building Council Corporate Advisory Borad; chairperson of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association’s Sustainability and ESG Committee; co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Singapore’s Sustainability Product Council and is the vice-chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors’ ESG Committee.

Recognising that youth engagement and female empowerment is crucial for sustainable development, she founded the Women4Green network in 2017 and the Youth4Climate initiative in 2018.

More recently at COP26, Esther was the only speaker from the Asian real estate sector at the Built Environment Leaders Panel. She also initiated a partnership with Singapore Youth for Climate Action and launched the Keep Calm and Love Our Planet campaign with a view to promote positive thinking and collaborative climate action amongst youths in the global race to net zero.

Fi Dinh is Managing Director, Head of Fund Finance APAC at MUFG Investor Services where she leads the expansion of the firm’s fund financing business across Asia Pacific, as well as supporting the growth of the asset servicing and fund administration business globally to assist private capital funds with their liquidity and operational needs. She is member of the APAC Senior Management Committee and Singapore Location Committee.

Formerly Director, Fund Finance APAC at Citi, Fi was responsible for the North Asia fund finance business, including originating, structuring and managing the then Asia’s largest fund finance portfolio in terms of AUM. She was also the ESG lead for the fund finance product globally. 

Fi previously worked at ING Bank where she started and built out the fund and insurance finance businesses in Asia Pacific. She also worked at Barclays in London and Dubai, where she was Director in the Financial Institutions Group and helped build a successful Private Equity coverage franchise supporting financial sponsors and alternative asset managers in EMEA and the US. Her earlier banking career spans across credit analysis, operational risk and project management in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions.

She serves on the APAC Executive Committee of the Fund Finance Association, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Financial Centre Advisory Panel (FCAP) – Green Finance working group for the fund management industry; and is also co-chair of the Women in Fund Finance APAC.

Hank Hsu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Logistics Properties.  Formerly the Head of China Investments at Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial and logistics real estate investment platform under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, Hank has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totalling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.

Hans has over 19 years experience in real estate and private equity real estate fund management. Prior to CBC, Hans was CIO of InfraRed NF Investment Advisors, a Greater China focused real estate investment management platform, oversees the investments and portfolio management. Before that, Hans was a Director at Angelo Gordon (Asia) with a focus on business origination in China and Singapore. Before Angelo Gordon, he performed various investment focused roles for Jones Lang LaSalle having joined them as an Asia Pacific graduate trainee. Hans holds a Bachelor's Degree with honor in Marketing from Fudan University and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Harsh Shah is the Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director on Board for IndiGrid, the largest listed yield platform for operational energy assets in India with majority interest held by KKR. He has an extensive track record of building large infrastructure platforms and raising private and public capital across infrastructure sector in India and global markets. He has been instrumental in building India's first power sector investment trust - India Grid Trust (IndiGrid), from concept to US $ 2 Bn listed platform working with regulators, investors and developers. He is also a member of the SEBI Advisory Committee for InvITs and REITs and chairs working group on InvITs and REITs at financial markets committee at CII.

Previously, Mr. Shah served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited. Prior to joining Sterlite, he has worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and Procter & Gamble International Operations Pte. Limited.

Mr. Shah holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University.

From 2015 to 2023, he served as the President & CEO of Sumisho Realty Management, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, and expanded its AUM to over ¥700 billion. He diversified the firm's investments in structures such as SOSiLA Logistic REIT(publicly-traded) and SC Realty Private REIT(privately-placed) alongside a broad spectrum of separate accounts.

Earlier, at Sumitomo Corporation, he held pivotal roles and managed a comprehensive real estate portfolio in both Japan and the US, encompassing residential, commercial, and logistics sectors.

He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Longevity Partners.

Recently, he has taken on a new challenge as an executive director at REVOLUTION Co., Ltd., where he oversees real estate investments.

He graduated from Kyoto University in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Also, he is a licensed architect in Japan, an esteemed ARES Certified Master, and a distinguished Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Mr. Gagnon is a Partner and the Co-Head of the Real Assets team of Hillhouse. Prior to joining Hillhouse, Mr. Gagnon was Managing Director and Partner at Warburg Pincus from 2005 to 2020, leading its real estate business in Asia as Co-Head from 2008 to 2012 and sole head from 2012 to 2020. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Mr. Gagnon worked for General Electric Capital, where he last served as a Manager of Business Development with GE Real Estate in Tokyo. Mr. Gagnon graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics. Mr. Gagnon joined Hillhouse in 2020.

In his role as Group Chief Investment Officer, Josh Daitch oversees Fund Management, Capital Raising, Research and Analytics and New Product Creation. Prior to this new appointment, Mr. Daitch was ESR Group Head of Capital & New Economy Fund Management. Since joining ESR in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the Group’s key investor relationships and in driving performance across the fund management segment. Mr. Daitch brings nearly three decades of real estate investment experience having held leadership roles across the private equity and real estate divisions in various financial institutions, including Mesirow Financial, where he founded the real estate investment management division, and the Archon Group, Goldman Sachs’ real estate management subsidiary, where he was part of the original team that Goldman acquired from the J.E. Robert Companies in 1996.

Mr. Daitch received his master of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor of business administration degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan.​

Junnosuke Shinkawa is a Chief Analyst at Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management based in Singapore. He specializes in Global Real Estate listed markets, managing Asia Pacific REIT funds and a Global REIT fund integrating ESG factors with 17 years of experience. Previously he served as an equity analyst covering Real Estate sectors at SMBC Nikko Securities, Macquarie Capital Securities and Citigroup Securities. He holds an MBA degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School with a specialization in Real Estate.

Mr Kanishk Bhatia is Head of Infrastructure at ARA, part of ESR Group. He has overall responsibility for the infrastructure funds platform including overseeing investments, new product development, key stakeholder and team management.

Mr Bhatia has almost 20 years of global infrastructure funds and private equity experience. He has led or co-led infrastructure transactions valued over US$5 billion across energy, utilities and transport sectors globally. Mr Bhatia joined ARA in 2019 to establish ARA’s infrastructure funds management business unit. At ARA, Mr Bhatia led the establishment of a US$1 billion ASEAN infrastructure fund (CAF II) with The Export-Import Bank of China, Gezhouba and China Road & Bridge Corporation as anchor investors. Previously, Mr Bhatia was instrumental in the creation of an Asia-Pacific focused captive rooftop solar and energy efficiency platform in partnership with a global energy company to leverage ARA Group’s existing real estate space.

Prior to joining ARA, Mr Bhatia was with Hastings Funds Management, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, for over 11 years. At Hastings, Mr Bhatia held various senior roles including Investment Director, Head of Asia Investments and Head of India and worked in London, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney. In these roles, he developed extensive infrastructure investment and asset management experience across different markets and sub-sectors.

Mr Bhatia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Grinnell College, USA. He also completed the Investment Management Program at London Business School.

Ms. Kong is the Managing Director and CIO of SCGC Realty Capital, and is a member of SCGC’s infrastructure REITs investment committee. Prior to joining SCGC, Ms. Kong worked at CITIC Securities focusing on REITs, ABS and Private Equity Real Estate.

Ms. Kong has rich practical experience in real estate fund and REITs. She has successively designed and launched the first three private REITs products in China's capital market. As an external expert of the regulatory departments, Ms. Kong was deeply involved in the policy research process of China’s infrastructure REITs. Also, she successfully led the issuance of Yantian Port REIT, one of the first batch of 9 infrastructure public offering REITs.

Ms. Kong holds dual master’s degrees in Finance and Management from Peking University.

Kranti Mohan has over 15 years of experience in advising on Indian securities laws. He has advised on almost the entire spectrum of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights offerings, overseas listings (including through business trust route), buybacks, and block/ bulk trades on the
stock exchanges. Over the last few years, he has also extensively advised on establishing and listing business trusts, infrastructure investment trusts, real estate investment trusts and yieldcos.

Kranti is also a member of the Hybrid Securities Advisory Committee constituted by SEBI and a member of APREA’s India Infra and InvITs Committee.

He was an active participant in the Firm’s initiatives related to the consultation process on various aspects of Invits and REITs and collaborated with few stakeholders in making representations to various governmental/ regulatory authorities, including the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Finance, Central Board of Direct Taxes, the Reserve Bank of India and SEBI.

In the past, Kranti was also a member of the committee constituted by SEBI for streamlining disclosure standards for equity offerings and the working group on evaluating REITs of CII.

Manish Agarwal is a Senior Vice President, Investment and Strategy at HDFC Capital Advisors. He joined HDFC Capital in 2018. Overall, he has an experience of more than 16 years in real estate private equity and consumer sector investment banking. His role has spanned across the full spectrum from investments to exits and has also been regularly involved in conceptualizing new business ideas. He holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and graduated in B.Com (H) from Delhi University.

Matt leads Kiri Capital’s global real estate investment and asset management activities and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Management Committee.  Based in Asia since 2004, Matt is a Vancouver native with more than 20 years of property experience, and currently manages a diversified portfolio of direct assets, coinvestments, fund investments, and REITs.  Matt attended INSEAD’s MBA programme and has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Mr Michael Syn is President of SGX Group. He has management responsibility for SGX’s markets and platforms across asset classes. He heads SGX’s Global Markets Division, and is CEO for SGX’s stock market, central depository and futures markets and clearinghouse.

Mr Syn serves on the board of Sentosa Development Corporation. He chairs Mount Faber Leisure Group, a leading operator of leisure and lifestyle attractions in Singapore anchored around the Singapore Cable Car Sky Network. He graduated with MA and PhD degrees from Cambridge University and attended the Harvard Advanced Management Program.

Pushkar Kulkarni is an Electronics Engineer with an MBA with over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. His leadership experience has been across the value chain of Infrastructure; Technology, Operations, M&A and finally as an Investor. Prior to joining CPP Investments where he currently leads Infrastructure Investments for India, he has held leadership positions at SERCO and within the Strabag group in India. He has represented India at the International Standards Org (ISO) on several technical committees responsible for communication standards in road & transport infrastructure.

He has played a key role in some of the marquee projects / investments in India. To name a few:

1. Fast TAG, India’s nationwide ETC system which today covers more than 95% of Federal tolls
2. Formation of India’s first Private Listed Infrastructure Trust; IndInfravit
3. India’s first Government InvIT sponsored by National Highways Authority
4. PowerGrid Corp InvIT IPO

Ramesh Nair, a seasoned expert in the Indian real estate sector, currently serves as the CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT. With over 25 years of experience, he has spearheaded firms like JLL India and Colliers India, managing large teams and ensuring targeted outcomes. An expert in India Inc., he's been on boards like the RICS Global Regulatory and South Asia, chaired CII Real Estate events, and advised Telangana State.

A prolific writer for premier publications and a business news channel guest, he's also a faculty at top Indian business institutes. Ramesh excels in driving growth in evolving markets with astute strategy and compassionate leadership.

S. Sriniwasan (Srini) has been with the Kotak Group since 1993 and currently heads KIAL.

Srini established one of India’s first Real Estate funds in 2005 and steered the growth of the business to raise and invest USD1.8bn. Srini also oversees Kotak Private Equity, Kotak Infrastructure Funds, Kotak Special Situations Fund and Kotak Listed Strategies. Overall, KIAL has raised about USD4.06bn in funds across these asset classes.

Prior to KIAL, he was a part of Kotak’s investment banking joint venture with Goldman Sachs since inception in 1995. As co-head of Kotak Investment Banking till 2005, Srini advised leading domestic and international companies on capital raising, M&A and strategic divestitures.

Srini is a member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) committee for policy initiatives on Foreign Direct Investment and REITs and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) subcommittee on Capital Markets. He also serves as Chairman for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), South Asia Valuation Professional Group Board. He is also Co-chairman of APREA India Chapter and a member of the Governing Council of Global Real Estate Institute (GRI) – India Chapter. He is a Member of the Executive Committee at the Indian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (IVCA) and a Member of the Private Credit Council at EMPEA.

He is managing 20 ongoing projects measuring across 13 cities in India, Sri Lanka & Maldives, which includes Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Residential (Luxury/Premier, Affordable, Second Home & Mixed-Use Township). He is also involved in the management of the infrastructure projects, which includes 3 rope ways, 4 roadways & a Metro project in Pune.

In his previous role, he was the CEO India Operations & Private Funds with The CapitaLand, a multinational Alternative Asset Management Company focusing on real estate, infrastructure and private equity.

Sanjay spent 23 years with globally top 3 real estate consulting companies. He was MD South Asia at Cushman & Wakefield (2001-2008 and 2012-2016), also CEO Business with JLL (2008 – 2012) and was one of the founder member of CBRE, India (1996-2001).Sanjay holds a Post-Graduate in Marketing & HR from the International Management Institute. He is the Chairman South Asia - RICS, Joint Chairman of the FICCI - Real Estate Committee and Chairman APREA Asia-Advocacy Committee, Advisory Board NAREDCO and Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM – Ease of Doing Business Council and a member of CoreNet Global.

Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

A graduate from Cass Business School, London, with a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment. She has over 20 years of experience in the domestic and international real estate industry, and specializes in real estate development and sales, real estate fund management, and related investments. She has held several positions such as the General Manager of the Sunac Shanghai Regional Group - Sunac Shanghai Commercial Property Developmemt Co., Ltd, and the General Manager of the Brand and Marketing Center.

Terence is a veteran in the real estate industry with more than 35 years of experience in both principal real estate investment management and advisory services.  During his career, he has taken on senior leadership roles with GIC (a sovereign fund),  AIG (a global financial institution) and Invesco (a global asset manager).   Besides principal investing and asset management, he also played key leadership roles in Lang LaSalle and Colliers, as their country and regional business leader respectively.  Over the years, he was personally involved, executed, or led in real estate deals (both direct and indirect) amounting to more than a combined value of over USD15 billion – spanning different asset sectors across global markets.

He sat on boards such as the Strata Titles Board in Singapore, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore, as well as served as Honorary Adviser to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore.

Terence is a frequent speaker at several real estate conferences, some of which include events by ANREV, Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), China Global Real Estate Institute, Deutsche Bank Access China, Real Estate Investment World, Urban Land Institute and Vision Insights and Perspectives, among others.

He joined Global Logistic Properties Inc. (presently, GLP Japan Inc.) in 2016. After serving as the Head of Fund management in Japan, he was appointed as the President of GLP Japan Advisors Inc. in 2019.

Prior to joining GLP, he worked for Nippon Life Insurance Company where he was engaged in overseas operayions and international real estate investments. In addition to arranging syndicated loans while stationed in Hong Kong, he served as Head of Real estate investments, overseeing the portfolio of U.S. office buildings and U.S. and European private funds at a real estate investment subsidiary in New York. He was then transferred to Nissay Asset Management Corporation, an asset management arm of Nippon Life Insurance Company, where he served as Chief Portfolio Manager of the Investment Planning Department before being appointed Head of the Corporate Planning Office, where he was involved in the formulation of asset management strategies.
