It is a great honor for APREA to be one of the initiators, together with Peking University Guanghua Business School, GSUM and other leading organizations, of the China REITs Forum, a professional think tank about REITs in China.
The Forum has successfully hosted its annual conference last Sunday in the Trading Hall of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Many senior-level officials and regulators from the Chinese Government, industry and academic leaders have attended the event, and shared their insightful views on China REITs.
More than 300 people physically participated in the event in Shanghai, with more than 3 million livestream viewers from all across the globe!
APREA’s CEO Sigrid Zialcita kicked off the event with a keynote speech on the Asia Pacific REITs and expectations on China REITs.
APREA will continue working closely with regulators and industry bodies in China, to provide our international experience, share knowledge, and best practices, to improve the REITs regime. Our commitment is to help regulators in China to set up state-of-the-art and business-friendly policies, and to build a healthy REITs eco-system.
