Since the introduction of the filing system at the end of 2014, China's asset securitization market has ushered in rapid development. Up to now, the cumulative issuance of domestic standardized asset securitization products has reached nearly RMB 6 trillion.
Our CEO Ms. Sigrid Zialcita as co-Chairman participated in the “Asset Securitization and REITs Committee” established by the International Federation of Financial & Real Estate. The committee will draw on the experience of overseas mature markets, convey government policy guidance, establish industry business standards, and promote the healthy and orderly development of real estate asset securitization and REITs business.
