The property portfolio of Spring REIT includes: (1) two premium grade office buildings in the China Central Place complex in Beijing, China; and (2) 84 separate commercial properties in the United Kingdom. These two office buildings in Beijing are located in the city’s traditional CBD in Chaoyang District, with a total gross office floor area of more than 120,000 sqm and about 600 car parking space. In 2017, Spring REIT acquired the portfolio of 84 separate commercial properties across the UK. These properties are fully leased on a long-term basis to Kwik-Fit, a nationwide car servicing service provider in the UK.
