There are a ton of opportunities for proptech to transform the real estate industry. So, It’s important to have a holistic approach – moving technology from back of house to front of house. There’s no one proptech solution for everyone; more critical is how a particular solution will interface with other applications.
Since travel remains restricted, proptech companies have been quick to step in to provide the technology for virtual viewing of showrooms, and “gamifying” the virtual visits.
There are also a lot of new technologies that are now being deployed to reduce carbon footprint and promote wellness during these times. The good news is that there is no need to build a new facility, but retrofit these new technologies to an existing one.
