Dear APREA Members,
Our journey started in 2005 with a vision to create an organization where real estate leaders across Asia Pacific convene to network and discuss relevant industry matters. Since then, APREA has experienced significant membership growth, expanding into new markets and sectors, as well as forging partnerships across the globe. As our industry continues to evolve, so we have too, and we believe that it is timely now to redefine the APREA brand.
At the heart of this rebrand is our desire to convey who we are, a champion for the fast-growing real assets sector in Asia Pacific by being the voice of our members in all policy matters, providing access to industry-advancing research and insights and connecting members to business opportunities. This rebrand is part of our growth strategy to affirm our commitment to continually promote real estate investments in the region and at the same time announce our expanded focus to encompass the infrastructure sector. This rebrand will also see us broaden our global platform, that includes strategic regions in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Singapore, as well as a newly formed chapter called Other Markets that will serve to incubate new chapters in the future.
Our association name APREA remains unchanged but will now reflect the expanded focus on real assets. Further to this, we are excited to unveil a new brand identity that aligns with this. We have refreshed and upgraded our brand elements (logo, website and colours) to accurately reflect who we are today as a company and to symbolize our dynamic future. The design driving the visuals of our rebrand conveys our steadfast commitment to promote transparency, sustainability and diversity into our industry practices, with our international network remaining the cornerstone of who we are.
These changes mark the next phase in our journey and a new opportunity to help the real assets industry to innovate, transform and evolve, and help us achieve bigger milestones especially during this Asian Century.
We are incredibly proud of what we do, and thankful for the ongoing support of APREA Chairman John Lim and the Board of Directors, our members and partners that have accompanied us in our growth.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. If you want to learn more about our rebrand initiative, I would encourage you to visit the APREA website, www.aprea.asia or follow us on our social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and WeChat.
Sincerely,
Sigrid G. Zialcita
